TaxSmart Guides sells digital products only. This means there is no physical shipping involved — here’s exactly how delivery works.

1. Digital Delivery

All of our products (PDF personal finance guides) are delivered electronically. There are no physical items shipped, and no shipping fees are ever charged.

2. How You Receive Your Purchase

After your payment is successfully processed via Stripe, you will receive your guide(s) in one or both of the following ways:

  • Instant download: Immediately after checkout, you’ll be redirected to a download page where you can access your file(s) directly.
  • Email delivery: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, containing your download link(s) and/or order details.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant to a few minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Email delivery issues (e.g., the confirmation email landing in your spam/junk folder)
  • Temporary technical issues with our Site or payment processor

If you have not received your download within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at contact@taxsmartguides.com with your order number.

4. Download Access

  • Download links are accessible via your WooCommerce account (if you created one) and/or the confirmation email.
  • We recommend downloading and saving your file(s) to your device promptly after purchase, as download links may have a limited number of uses or expire after a period of time.
  • If you lose access to your file or your download link expires, contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

5. Technical Requirements

To access your guide, you’ll need:

  • A device with internet access
  • A PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the built-in PDF viewer in most browsers)

6. No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital, we do not ship to any physical address, and there are no shipping restrictions by country — our guides are available for instant purchase and download worldwide, including the US, UK, Australia, and beyond.
