  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software (e.g., a PDF reader) and internet access to download your purchase.
  • Download links may expire after a set period or number of attempts; please download your files promptly after purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a guide has been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted file or failed delivery), contact us at contact@taxsmartguides.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Customers in the UK and EU may have statutory rights regarding digital content that is faulty or not as described; nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.
